This solution is built on Microsoft Power Platform and requires appropriate Microsoft licenses (e.g., Power Apps, Dataverse) to function. You are responsible for maintaining these licenses and complying with Microsoft’s terms of use.
All business data created or managed through this solution resides in your Microsoft Dataverse environment. Upzoids does not store or access your organizational data.
Upzoids provides standard support via email during your active subscription. Updates may be released periodically to enhance performance or address issues.
Upzoids makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance, reliability, or fitness of this solution for any particular purpose. The solution is provided “as is.” Upzoids shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software.
If you choose to discontinue use or your subscription lapses, your access to the solution will end. It is your responsibility to export any necessary data prior to termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Calgary, Alberta.
