Business Development Manager - Microsoft Business Applications

Position Detail:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to help drive net-new growth across the Microsoft Business Applications space.

This is a hunting-focused B2B sales role for someone who knows how to open doors, build relationships, and create qualified pipeline. The role is best suited for someone who is comfortable with outbound sales, partner-led opportunities, consultative conversations, and longer solution-based sales cycles.

At Upzoids, we help organizations modernize service delivery and operations using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Power Pages.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Build and grow a strong commercial sales pipeline across target accounts by identifying new opportunities, developing account plans, and creating meaningful conversations with business and technology leaders.
  • Open doors with new clients and expand relationships within existing accounts by understanding business priorities, mapping stakeholders, and positioning Upzoids as a trusted Microsoft Business Applications partner.
  • Lead early discovery and qualification to understand client needs, assess fit, and identify opportunities for Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power Pages, managed services, and related consulting engagements.
  • Work closely with Upzoids leadership, solution architects, and delivery teams to shape solution approaches, prepare proposals, support pricing, and move qualified opportunities through the sales process.
  • Develop Microsoft and partner channel relationships to support co-sell opportunities, referrals, joint pursuits, and stronger market visibility for Upzoids.
  • Follow up on Microsoft referrals, partner opportunities, dormant leads, and event-driven prospects to keep opportunities moving forward.
  • Maintain strong CRM discipline, activity tracking, and pipeline visibility.
  • Represent Upzoids at events, community engagements, and Microsoft ecosystem activities.

Skills and Experience

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in B2B business development, sales, or pipeline generation.
  • Proven success creating and closing net-new business opportunities.
  • Experience selling technology services, consulting services, cloud solutions, SaaS, CRM, ERP, managed services, or business applications.
  • Experience working with Microsoft co-sell, Microsoft field teams, or channel partners.
  • Proven ability to generate qualified opportunities through outbound and relationship-based selling.
  • Executive-level communication skills with the ability to build credibility with client leaders and connect business priorities to practical Microsoft technology outcomes.
  • Strong commercial ownership with the ability to move opportunities forward, remove blockers, coordinate internal teams, and maintain momentum through the sales process.
